South Easton, Mass. ? The Northeast-10 Conference has announced the resignation, effective September 1, 2006, of Jonathan Harper as Associate Commissioner to enter private industry. The announcement was made today by Northeast-10 Commissioner David Brunk.
"The extraordinary success the NE-10 has experienced over the last seven years is in direct correlation to the efforts of Jonathan," said Brunk. "His tireless efforts and firm vision has helped us attain unprecedented status as a leader in Division II. Jonathan has been invaluable to me in the day-to-day operations of this conference and I speak for all our entire staff in wishing him well in his new endeavor."

Harper twice redesigned the conference website, streamlined internal operations, and assisted in the oversight of corporate sponsor development.
"I am indebted to Commissioner Brunk for the opportunity afforded me and to the members of the Northeast-10 Conference for all their support, professionalism and friendship during my tenure," said Harper. "The passion and dedication that the conference staff displays year after year is a testament to the never-ending desire to make the NE-10 the model conference in Division II."
