Mary Naughton ’89 – Basketball – Stonehill

Naughton is the all-time leading scorer (2,144) in Stonehill history and one of only three players at Stonehill to reach 2,000 career points.

She was the 1988 Northeast-10 Player of the Year as a junior and was selected to the 1989 Second Team All Conference, 1988 First Team All Conference and the 1987 Second Team All Conference teams.

Naughton helped lead Stonehill to 1987 Northeast-10 regular season and tournament title as well as a pair of NCAA tournament berths during her career.

She continues to hold school single-season records for points (799) and field goals made (291).

Naughton was inducted into the Stonehill Athletic Hall of Fame in 1995.
