From the North (through Boston):  Take Route 93/3 South through Boston.  At the Route 93/3 split, bear right, staying on Route 93.  At the next split, bear left onto Route 24 South.  Follow Route 24 to Exit 17B.  Proceed through two sets of lights (the second set is the entrance to Stonehill College).  The Northeast-10 office is located approximately 200 yards beyond the Stonehill entrance, just before the 'T' intersection of Routes 123 and 138 and is on the right side of the road.  The building is a large white house.  Proceed through front door, and the NE-10 offices are on the second floor.

From the West/Northwest:  Follow Route 495 South to Exit 7 (Route 24).  Take Route 24 North to Exit 17B.  Proceed through two sets of lights (the second set is the entrance to Stonehill College).  The Northeast-10 office is located approximately 200 yards beyond the Stonehill entrance, just before the 'T' intersection of Routes 123 and 138 and is on the right side of the road.  The building is a large white house.  Proceed through front door, and the NE-10 offices are on the second floor.
