Weekly Notes:

BENTLEY: Bentley, the first team in the NCAA Division II East Region to reach 17 wins, is six games over .500 for the first time since 2002. Sophomore James Roche (Arlington, Mass.) became the third Bentley player this season to reach the century mark in career hits. Dating back to last season, the Falcons are 27-9 in their last 36 games against NE-10 opponents (including non-conference and playoff games). Bentley’s average of 1.82 walks per nine innings is the best in Division II and believed to be the best in any of the three divisions.
