Player of the Week
Bryan Duplissie, Franklin Pierce (Jr., 1B, East Swanzey, NH) - Was a combined five-for-eight (.625) at the plate with a double, home run, two RBI and two runs scored in a 1-1 week. Yielded two unearned runs on two hits with four strikeouts over 4.1 innings in his start on the mound at AIC. Hit 4-for-5 (HR) against the Yellow Jackets. Drove in the lone run in a loss at Saint Rose (1-3, 2B).

Chris Dupay, Bentley (Fr., P, Scotia, NY) - Pitched a one-hit shutout victory (2-0) over Stonehill. Took a no-hitter into the eighth, did not allow a runner past first and faced only two batters more than the minimum. Struck out seven and walked one, with 70 of his 96 pitches strikes.
Justin Cox, Southern Connecticut (Fr., SP, Newburgh, NY) - Threw a CG two-hit shutout (3-0) victory over Pace. Took a no-hitter into the fifth and faced only three batters more than the minimum. Also struck out four and walked two.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Mickey Ryan, Bryant (Sr., OF, Lowell, MA) - Hit .385 with four runs scored and two RBI in a 4-0 week. Went 2-for-4 (R) in a win over Assumption. Scored two runs, had an RBI triple in a win over Southern Connecticut, and came on in the ninth to pitch the final two outs, picking up his first save.
Chris Brown, Bryant (Jr., OF, Norwalk, CT) - Hit .385 (5-13, 3 2B, 2 R) in a 4-0 week. Against Southern Connecticut, went 2-for-3 (2B, 5 PO).
Eric Loh, Bryant (Fr., SP, Old Greenwich, CT) - Pitched eight shutout innings against AIC, allowing three hits while striking out four.
Tyler Cummings, Franklin Pierce (Jr., RP, South Paris, ME) - Picked up the win with 3.2 innings of two-hit shutout relief work at AIC. Struck out four and walked none.
Miles Page, UMass Lowell (Sr., C, Dracut, MA) ? Hit .462 (6-13) with a run and RBI in a 3-1 week. Went 1-for-1 (RBI, 3 HBP) in a win at Bentley. Went 2-for-4 (R) in a win over Merrimack. Went 1-for-4 in a 4-2 win and 2-for-4 in a 5-2 loss against Stonehill. Caught two of three base stealers.
Jim Shaughnessy, UMass Lowell (Sr., SP, Lowell, MA) - Scattered four hits, one unearned run and one walk while striking out seven in eight innings of a 5-1 win over Merrimack.
Matt Reilly, Pace (Jr., SP, Denville, NJ) - Won his second straight in a 7-2 win over Adelphi. Allowed two hits over six innings while striking out six (extended his scoreless innings streak to 11).
David Qualben, Pace (So., SP, Brooklyn, NY) - Scattered three hits over eight innings while striking out eight and allowed one unearned run in a hard-luck 3-0 loss to Southern Connecticut. Held the Owls hitless over the first four innings, retiring 12 straight after a lead off walk. Also picked off one baserunner.
Jeremiah St. Louis, Saint Rose (Fr., SP, Tupper Lake, NY) - Scattered five hits and allowed one run in seven innings in a win over No. 30 Franklin Pierce (Moved to 4-0 on the year).
Josh Colafemina, Saint Rose (Sr., SS, Schenectady, NY) - Went 2-for-3 (2 RBI, 2 2B) in a win over No. 30 Franklin Pierce.
Max Vigliotti, Stonehill (So., OF, Stamford, CT) - Hit .429 (6-14) with pair of doubles and two RBI in 2-2 week, including 4-for-8 effort in DH split at UMass Lowell. Went 2-for-4 (RBI) in a 5-2 nightcap triumph.
Nick SantaBarbara, Stonehill (So., SP, Middleton, MA) - Allowed two runs and struck out six over eight innings in a 5-2 win at UMass Lowell.
Brian Nelson, Stonehill (Jr., RP, Greenville, RI) - Struck out seven of 11 batters faced in 3 2/3 relief innings while earning pair of saves in three appearances. Picked up saves in a 5-3 win over Assumption and 5-2 triumph at UMass Lowell and fanned four of five batters faced in 2-0 setback at Bentley.
Notes: Northeast-10: In this week?s (top 10) NCBWA Northeast Regional Poll, Bryant is No. 1, Saint Anselm and Franklin Pierce are tied at No. 2, Saint Rose is No. 4, Southern Connecticut is No. 5, UMass Lowell is No. 6, and Stonehill is No. 7. In last week?s NCBWA Division II poll (3/28), Franklin Pierce was No. 23, while Southern Connecticut, Saint Rose, Bryant and Stonehill were receiving votes ? Bryant: In its four wins last week, Bryant outscored its opponents 22-6 and allowed just one extra-base hit ? Stonehill: Stonehill, ranked fourth in last week's NCBWA regional poll, finally began its Northern schedule after seeing its first eight Northeast-10 outings postponed by the elements. The Chieftains are 8-3 against NCAA Northeast Regional foes to date. Junior RP Brian Nelson (Greenville, R.I.) is averaging 14.04 strikeouts per nine innings in the early going, as he has fanned 13 in 8 1/3 innings of work to go with three saves. Stonehill Head Coach Patrick Boen enters the week two wins shy of his 200th career victory ? Bentley: The 2-0 shutout of Stonehill tossed by freshman Chris Dupay (Scotia, N.Y.) Thursday was the first one-hitter by a Bentley pitcher in 12 years. He came within six outs of only the second no-hitter in school history, the first being thrown by Len White in 1972, also against Stonehill ? Franklin Pierce: Franklin Pierce, ranked No. 30 in last week's Collegiate Baseball magazine poll, looks to christen its new field, Dr. Arthur and Martha Pappas Field on Thursday when it hosts Bentley College at 3 p.m. Junior Bryan Duplissie (East Swanzey, N.H.) has hit six home runs through the Ravens first 13 games and is just one away from cracking the program's single-season top ten list. Junior Tyler Cummings (South Paris, Maine) moved into fourth place on the program's career wins list with his 13th victory at American International on Friday. Junior Mike Chambers (Londonderry, N.H.) has hit safely in all 13 games this season, while sophomore Garrett Olson (Norway, Maine) carries a ten-game hitting streak into the week.
