Mike O'Connor, Bentley (So., C, Wilbraham, MA) ? In a 2-2 week at the South Carolina-Upstate Invitational, hit .421 (8-19) with a double, home run, seven runs scored and seven RBI. Slugged .632. All seven RBI came in two wins against St. Thomas Aquinas.
Pitcher of the Week
Billy Sittig, Stonehill (Jr., SP, West Roxbury, MA) - Allowed four hits and one run in seven innings (7 K) in a win over LIU-C.W. Post.
Freshman of the Week
Jeremiah St. Louis, Saint Rose (Fr., P, Tupper Lake, NY) - Allowed just one earned run over 5.0 innings, scattering four hits (4 K) in a season-opening victory versus East Stroudsburg.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Uchon Yi, American International (Fr., SP, Windsor Locks, CT) - Picked up a win in his debut, hurling six innings in a win over Philadelphia Sciences. Allowed two runs while scattering seven hits.
Tim Bryant, Bentley (Sr., SP, Reading, MA) - In a 12-3 win over St. Thomas Aquinas, allowed seven hits and two earned runs in eight innings (0 BB, 3 K).
Chad Mastin, Bentley (So., 3B, Newmarket, NH) - During a 2-2 weekend at the South Carolina Upstate Invitational, hit .438 (7-16) with two doubles, six runs scored, four RBI and a .526 on base percentage. Handled 15 chances in the field, and was part of two double plays. Hit safely in all four games with three two-hit games.
Jerod Edmondson, Saint Anselm (Jr., 1B, Johnson City, NY) - Hit .625 (5-8, 2 2B) in a two-game set at No. 1 Florida Southern.
Ryan Williams, Saint Anselm (So., SP, Lynnfield, MA) - Was a hard-luck loser at No. 1 Florida Southern, allowing just one earned run (3 K) in 8.1 innings.
Josh Colafemina, Saint Rose (Sr., OF, Schenectady, NY) - Belted an inside the park HR in a 15-3 win over East Stroudsburg. Went 7-for-9 in a DH sweep of New Haven. Belted a three-run home run in the opener and went 4-for-5 (3B, 2B).
Max Vigliotti, Stonehill (So., OF, Stamford, CT) - Hit .417 (5-12, 2B, 3B, 4RBI) in a 2-2 week, including 2-5 effort with two run triple in 12-1 win over LIU-C.W. Post and two-run double in a win over Bridgeport.
Billy McLane, Stonehill (Sr., SP, Plymouth, NH) - Allowed one earned run (5 K) in seven innings in a win over Bridgeport.
Craig Audette, Stonehill (Sr., 2B, Raynham, MA) - Hit .286 (4-14, 8 R, 6 SB) in 2-2 week, including three runs scored and four stolen bases in a win over LIU-C.W. Post.

Northeast-10: In this week?s NCBWA Division II Northeast Regional Poll, Bryant and Saint Anselm are tied for #1, Franklin Pierce is #3, Saint Rose is #7, Stonehill is #8, Pace is #9 and Southern Connecticut is #10 ? Bentley: Bentley split four games at the South Carolina-Upstate Invitational, recording both victories over St. Thomas Aquinas. Dating back to last season, Chad Mastin (Stratham, N.H.) has hit in 10 straight games. Chris Methe (Longmeadow, Mass.) had four hits in the tournament, including the 100th of his career. Sophomores Tom Haugh (Andover, Mass.) and Mike O?Connor (Wilbraham, Mass.) each hit their first career home run ? Stonehill: Stonehill, ranked seventh in the NCBWA regional poll, has been successful on 12 of 13 stolen base attempts in four games to date at the Gene Cusic Classic in Fort Myers, as the Chieftains are 2-0 in Northeast regional play with wins over LIU-C.W. Post (12-1) and Bridgeport (10-4). American International: AIC won its first game of the season for the first time since 1995 with a 5-2 win over Philadelphia Sciences Saturday. Freshman Uchon Yi (Windsor Locks, Conn.) picked up a win in his collegiate debut by pitching six innings and scattering seven hits while allowing a pair of runs ? Saint Anselm: The baseball team is ranked 23rd nationally in the latest NCBWA Division II Poll ? Bryant: The Bryant baseball team did not compete last weekend as the Bulldogs had its three-game series at Wilmington College cancelled.
