Weekly Notes:

AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL: Has now won nine consecutive home games, a streak that goes back to the 2005 season, and is 15-2 at John Homer Miller Field since the start of the 2004 campaign.

ASSUMPTION:
Senior place kicker Jon Eisele's 49-yard field goal is the only the second field goal of over 40 yards in Greyhounds' football history. Kevin Clark kicked a 45-yarder against Fitchburg State (10-3-82) during the club years, while Tim Longden's 37-yarder against Stonehill (10-14-2000) was the previous varsity standard. Sophomore wide out David Canney (Templeton, Mass.) tied the Greyhounds' single-season record of 51 receptions set last year by senior wide out Jake Beers (Duxbury, Mass.) and became the first sophomore to reach 1,000 yards in receiving yardage. He has now caught 83 for 1,033 yards (the seventh to reach that plateau). For the season he has 715 yards, only the third Greyhound with over 700 yards in a single season.

BENTLEY:
Sophomore Tyler McNamara (Medway, Mass.) kicked his 18th career field goal Saturday, tying the Bentley record. With 12 this season, he's already broken both the school and NE-10 records for field goals in a season. McNamara's 43 yard field goal vs. Saint Anselm was a Bentley varsity record.

BRYANT:
Bryant saw its seven game win streak come to an end with a 30-0 loss at Stony Brook Saturday. Bryant enters the week ranked No. 3 in the Northeast Region.

MERRIMACK:
Senior quarterback Colin Temple threw for 366 yards and three touchdowns, while tying his own school record for passing touchdowns in season with 21, in a 31-0 victory over Pace.
