About Saint Anselm College
Saint Anselm maintains a steadfast commitment to the enduring
values of a liberal arts education. Among the skills gained in a
liberal arts education are critical reflection, precise thinking
and articulate communication. All students participate in the
Humanities Program, “Portraits of Human Greatness,”
during their freshman and sophomore years. This nationally
recognized program consists of a series of lectures, seminars,
concerts, exhibitions, films, and stage presentations. Students
explore the great ideas of people with great minds, past and
present. They develop skills essential to make their mark on the
world, whatever their goals, wherever their career leads.
