Northeast-10 Players of the Week

Andrea Slaven, Saint Michael's (Sr., F, Danvers, Mass.) - In a 1-0 week, scored a goal and added an assist in the 2-0 win over Saint Anselm.

Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Jordan Smalling, Saint Michael's (Sr., GK, Essex Junction, Vt.) - In a 1-0 week, recorded five saves en route to a season-opening shutout against Saint Anselm.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Emily Achilles, Merrimack (Fr., GK, Portsmouth, N.H.) - Stopped four shots for her first collegiate victory, a 1-0 decision over American International. Stopped eight shots against East Stroudsburg.

Weekly Honor Roll:


Linsey Fernandes, American International (Fr., M, Ajax, Ont.) - Scored the first goal of her collegiate career against C.W. Post.

Nicole Spence, American International (So., GK, Port Jefferson, N.Y.) - Made 15 saves in two games to open the season. Had eight saves against Merrimack and recorded seven stops against C.W. Post.

Ashley Abernathy, Franklin Pierce (Jr., F, Bellingham, Mass.) - Tallied the lone goal for the Ravens in a 2-1 loss to C.W. Post.

Kristin Tormollan, Franklin Pierce (Fr., GK, Waterville, Maine) - Made 10 saves against 12 shots against C.W. Post.

Ann Berry, Southern Connecticut (So., M, Belfast, Maine) - Started the season with a goal in each of the team’s first two outings. Led the team with four points this past week.

Laura Nimon, Stonehill (Sr., M, Gardiner, Maine) - Scored Stonehill's lone goal in the 2-1 double-overtime loss to East Stroudsburg.
