Northeast-10 Co-Player of the Week

James Florentino, Stonehill (Sr., F, West Roxbury, Mass.) - Scored twice and added two assists for four points in a 5-4 overtime win over Franklin Pierce in the quarterfinals of the NE-10 Tournament. Both goals came in the first period, while he assisted on the team’s fourth goal and game-winning goal in overtime.

Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Pat Gallagher, Saint Anselm (Jr., G, Framingham, Mass.) - Made 27 saves in a 4-0 shutout victory over Stonehill in the regular season finale.

Northeast-10 Co-Player and Freshman of the Week

Troy Maybury, Southern New Hampshire (Fr., F, South Portland, Maine) - Totaled two goals and two assists in the 5-3 quarterfinal victory over Assumption. Had a hand in each of the Penmen's first four goals.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Sean Staid, Assumption (Sr., F, Peabody, Mass.) - Scored a power play goal and added an assist in the Northeast-10 Quarterfinal game at Southern New Hampshire.

Colin Fitzpatrick, Saint Anselm (Sr., F, Westwood, Mass.) - Had two goals in the Hawks only game of the week, a 4-0 win over Stonehill.

Brandon Hammermeister, Southern New Hampshire (Sr., F, Calgary, ALB) - Notched a goal and an assist in a 5-3 win over Assumption in the Northeast-10 quarterfinals.

Matt Curran, Stonehill (Sr., F, Scarborough, Maine) - Scored the game winning goal 32 seconds into overtime in the quarterfinals of the NE-10 Tournament, a 5-4 win over Franklin Pierce.

Brian Davis, Stonehill (Sr., F, Foxboro, Mass.) - In two contests last week, registered a goal and two assists for three points against Franklin Pierce. Scored a late third period goal that gave Stonehill a 4-3 lead with 11:56 remaining.

Justin Zegel, Stonehill (Fr., G, Ridgewood, N.J.) – Made 20 saves in a 5-4 overtime victory against Franklin Pierce in the quarterfinals of the NE-10 Tournament.

Weekly Notes:

FRANKLIN PIERCE: The Ravens finish the year with six wins, tying the highest single-season total in the six-year varsity history of the program. Franklin Pierce posted a 30.5 percent (47-for-154) success rate on the power play this season, currently third best in the country (all divisions).

SAINT MICHAEL’S:
Saint Michael's earned its first NE-10 regular-season championship in program history on Thursday when Saint Anselm bested Stonehill, 4-0.
