Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Chris Healey, Saint Michael's (Sr., F, Salem, N.H.) - In a 5-4 NE-10 quarterfinal win over Assumption, netted two power-play goals and assisted on another. The first goal got Saint Michael's out to an early 1-0 lead, while his second power-play goal in the second period to give the Purple Knights a 4-3 lead.

Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Mike Manna, Stonehill (So., G, Framingham, Mass.) - Stopped 24 shots to record the first Skyhawk shutout in three years with the 5-0 win over Franklin Pierce in the quarterfinals of the NE-10 Championship.

Freshman of the Week

Andrew Diozzi, Stonehill (Fr., F, Belmont, Mass.) - Scored a goal and dished out an assist in the 5-0 victory over Franklin Pierce in the quarterfinals of the NE-10 Championship.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Kevin Fairweather, Saint Anselm (So., G, Woburn, Mass.) - Earned his third victory of the season in a 4-1 win over Stonehill by stopping 29 shots. Made 15 stops in the third period in the victory.

Mike Nunzianto, Saint Anselm (Sr., D, Guilford, Conn.) - Tallied a goal and an assist in the lone game this past week in a 4-1 win over Stonehill. Scored 19 seconds into the third period and assisted on the game-winner.

Ryan Mero, Saint Michael's (Sr., F, Peekskill, N.Y.) - In a 5-4 NE-10 quarterfinal win over Assumption, tallied three points on a goal and two assists. Assisted on the team’s first goal of the game and then added a first period goal to give Saint Michael's a 2-1 lead. The second assist came on a power-play goal with broke a 3-3 tie in the second frame.

Bob Bryant, Southern New Hampshire (So., F, Nashua, N.H.) - Registered two goals and two assists in a 5-5 tie with Suffolk. Scored the game-tying goal as time expired in regulation.

Troy Maybury, Southern New Hampshire (So., F, South Portland, Maine) - Totaled a goal and an assist in the 5-5 tie with Suffolk.

James Florentino, Stonehill (Sr., D, West Roxbury, Mass.) - Scored once and dished out an assist in the 5-0 victory over Franklin Pierce in the quarterfinals of the NE-10 Championships.

SAINT MICHAEL’S: Senior Ryan Mero has moved into 10th-place on Saint Michael's all-time scoring list with 113 points. He is also ninth all-time in goals scored with 49 and 10th all-time in assists with 64.
