Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Matthew Pecheone, Le Moyne (Jr., F, New Hartford, N.Y.) - Scored three goals in a 4-1 victory over Stonehill to complete a 1-0-1 week.

Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Week

Ryan Richards, UMass Lowell (So., GK, Holden, Mass.) - Registered two shutouts in a 1-0-1 week. Made five saves in a 0-0 tie with Dominican. Went untested in a 7-0 win over Saint Rose.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Stephen Potcner, UMass Lowell (Fr., F, Wilmington, Mass.) - Scored two goals in the 7-0 win over Saint Rose.


Weekly Honor Roll:

Derick Ofori, American International (Jr., D, Pawtucket, R.I.) - Scored the team’s lone goal in a 1-1 tie against Felician College.

Jimmy Alexander, Bentley (So., F, Hanover, N.H.) - Scored twice netting goals against St. Thomas (Fla.) and Eckerd.

Derek DuBois, Bentley (Sr., GK, Walpole, Mass.) - Compiled 1.55 goal against average and .792 save percentage in three games last week.

Johan Torstensson, Franklin Pierce (Fr., M , Falkoping, Sweden) - Notched a goal to open the scoring in a 2-2 double-overtime draw with Nyack.

Tokelo Gugushe, Merrimack (Sr., F, Stoughton, Mass.) - Had a goal and an assist in a 2-0 win over Felician at the American International Tournament.

Sam Lamptey, Saint Anselm (Jr., F, Worcester, Mass.) - Scored on a penalty kick in the 90th minute in a 2-1 loss to Southern Connecticut. Netted the game-winner in double OT match over Caldwell, 2-1.

Aaron Vine, Saint Michael's (Sr., M, Saratoga, N.Y.) - Assisted two goals and netted one goal in the 4-1 win over Bryant.

Tim Williamson, Saint Michael's (Sr., GK, Wakefield, R.I.) – Recorded the win against Bryant, making five saves. Allowed only one goal in three games.

Mike Fraioli , Southern Connecticut (Fr., F, Norwalk, Conn.) - Scored two goals in two games this past week. In a 2-2 tie with Le Moyne, scored a goal. Scored a goal to break a scoreless tie en route to a 2-1 victory at Saint Anselm.

Djordje Jankovic , Southern Connecticut ( Jr. , M , Sabac, Serbia ) – Assisted on both goals in a 2-2 tie against Le Moyne.

Joe Pilla , Southern Connecticut ( So. , GK , Watertown, Conn. ) - Made 11 saves while allowing three goals in a 1-0-1 week.

Dan Pelc, Southern New Hampshire ( Sr. , GK , Hamilton, ONT ) - Made five saves en route to second shutout of the season in a double-overtime tie with Merrimack.

ASSUMPTION:Freshman midfield Jeff Swan has scored a point on seven of his team’s eight goals on the season (1 G, 6 A). He added an assist against American International and scored his first collegiate goal versus Holy Family.
