Northeast-10 Player of the Week

John Lescure, Saint Michael's (So., No. 1 singles, No. 1 doubles, Kennebunk, ME) - Posted two wins in No. 1 singles, including a 6-0,6-0 win over American International. Also recorded a sweep in all three doubles matches this past week with two coming by a score of 8-3.


Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Mike Mashkevich, Stonehill (Fr., No. 2 singles/No. 2 doubles, Framingham, MA) - Posted a combined 3-0 mark in 2-0 week. Combined 24-3 singles games victories in four sets against Bentley and American International.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Antonio Recalde, Assumption (Jr., No. 1 singles, Ciudad del Este, Paraguay) - Won 6-1, 6-2 at No. 1 singles and teamed with Dave Marshall to win 8-2 at No. 1 doubles in a victory at Le Moyne.

Matt Stopp, Assumption (Sr., No. 2 singles, Altoona, PA) - Won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and teamed with Jared Dorfman to win 8-1 at No. 2 doubles in a victory at Le Moyne.

Mike Dolan, Bentley (So., No. 5/4 Singles, No. 3/2 Singles, Shrewsbury, MA) - Went 4-0 this past week, collecting wins at both singles and doubles against Stonehill and against American International.

Miles Holman, Bentley (So., No. 2/3 Singles, No. 1 Doubles, East Longmeadow, MA) - Went 3-1 this past week, winning singles matches against both Stonehill and American International and picking up a doubles win against American International.

Greg Maloomian, Bentley (Sr., No. 1 Singles, No. 1 Doubles , Needham, MA) - Went 2-2 this past week, sweeping his singles and doubles matches against American International

Mike McCrillis, Bentley (Sr., No. 3/4 Singles, No. 2/3 Doubles, Kennebunkport, ME) - Posted a 3-1 record this past week, winning at doubles against both Stonehill and American International and picking up a singles win against American International.

Matt Shephard-Lupo, Bryant (Fr., No. 6, West Boothbay Harbor, ME) - Won two singles matches this past week against Queens and Concordia while adding a doubles win at Saint Anselm. Picked up a 6-3, 6-1 straight-set victory over the Queens' Faiz Uzzman. Against Concordia, defeated Vito Galiato in three sets at No. 6 singles, 4-6, 6-0, 6-2.

Paul Kosinski, Pace (Sr., No.1 singles/No. 2 doubles, Staten Island, NY) - Against Saint Michael's, won two matches at No. 2 doubles, 8-4 and No. 1 singles, 6-3, 6-3.

Sean Steigerwald, Saint Michael's (So., No. 2 singles, No. 2 doubles, North Andover, MA) - Earned three wins in his singles matches this week, along with two wins in both of his doubles matches.

Pedro DePaula, Southern New Hampshire (Sr., No. 1 singles, No. 1 doubles, Rolandia, Brazil) - Posted a key come-from-behind win at No. 1 singles in a 5-4 win over Franklin Pierce.

Matt Grabala, Stonehill (Sr., No.1 singles/No. 2 doubles, Bristol, CT) - Posted combined 3-0 mark in 2-0 week. Had a three-set win at No. 1 singles over Bentley's Greg Maloomian as well as a pair of doubles victories over Bentley and American International.

Will Herchel, Stonehill (So., No. 6 singles/No. 1 doubles , Hampden, MA) - Notched a 3-0 mark in two dual-match victories this past week. Had a three-set singles victory at Bentley.
