Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Jose Rodriguez, Bryant (Jr., No. 2 Singles, Trujillo, Peru) - Led the Bulldogs to a 4-1 week in Hilton Head, S.C., including a 5-4 win over Kutztown. Started off the week with a straight-set win at No. 2 singles, 6-0, 6-2, as well as an 8-4 win at No. 2 doubles in an 8-1 win over Missouri Valley. Against Kutztown, earned a critical point in singles play, winning, 6-4, 6-3, to set the tone for the 5-4 team victory. In a 5-4 win over Northern Kentucky, picked up an 8-3 decision at No. 2 doubles as well as a 6-3, 6-2 win in singles action. Earned another pair of wins in singles and doubles in a 6-3 team loss to Bloomsburg.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Cristian Balistrieri, Bryant (Fr., No. 1 Singles/Doubles, Mar Del Plata, Argentina) - Had three wins at number one singles and a pair of wins at number two doubles this past week. Had a straight-set win in the team win over Missouri Valley.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Chris Schoder, Bentley (Fr., No. 5/6 Singles, Weston, Fla.) - Went 2-1 in singles, winning matches against Adelphi and Rochester.

Tom Nowak, Bryant (So., No. 4 Singles/Doubles, Medfield, Mass.) – Picked up five wins in singles play and four more in doubles this past week. Had a big 6-0, 6-0 win in the team win over Kutztown. Added a straight-set win at number four singles versus Bloomsburg.

Dan Klein, Pace (Fr., No. 3 Singles/No. 1 Doubles , Norwood, N.J.) - Won two matches at number three singles and two matches at number one doubles in wins over Caldwell and Saint Anselm.

Neil Mirchandani, Pace (Fr., No. 2 Singles/No.1 Doubles, East Brunswick, N.J.) - Won two matches at number two singles and two matches at number one doubles in wins over Caldwell and Saint Anselm.

Chris Darnowski, Saint Anselm (Sr., No. 3 Doubles/No. 4 Singles, Barrington, R.I.) - Won both matches in a 7-2 loss to Pace. Paired with Corey Boudreau (Swanton, Vt.), the duo combined to win 8-6 in number three doubles. Won at number four singles 6-1, 6-2.
