Northeast-10 Co-Men’s Track Athlete of the Week

Clint Cooper, UMass Lowell (Sr., Raynham, MA) - Placed second overall and tops among Division II-III sprinters in the 400-meter dash at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Posted a time of 49.22 seconds.

Hafiz Greigre, Bryant (Sr., Attleboro, MA) - Set a school record in the men's 55-meter dash at the Northeastern Winter Carnival, finishing in 6.42 seconds for second place overall. Also took a fourth-place finish in 49.68 seconds.

Northeast-10 Women’s Track Athlete of the Week

Toni-Marie Henry, UMass Lowell (Sr., Springfield, MA) - Place second overall and first among collegiate athletes in the triple jump and provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championship at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Leaped to a distance of 38' 7.0''. Also placed second overall and tops among Division II-III sprinters in the 55-meter dash in 7.32 seconds and placed sixth overall and tops among Division II-III athletes in the long jump with a distance of 17' 7.0''.

Northeast-10 Men’s Track Freshman of the Week

Mike Malinowski, UMass Lowell (Fr., Peabody, MA) - Placed fourth overall and tops among Division II-III entries in the 1,000 meters at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Finished the course in 2:36.13, just 3.16 seconds behind the winner.

Northeast-10 Women’s Track Freshman of the Week

Bridget DeVincent, Stonehill (Fr., Attleboro, MA) - Placed third in the mile at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival, posting a time of 5:18.97.

Northeast-10 Men’s Field Athlete of the Week

Dana Burbank, Stonehill (Sr., North Andover, MA) - Finished second in the high jump at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival with a mark of 6 feet, 4 inches. Added a fourth place finish in the 55-meter high hurdles with a time of 7.91 seconds

Northeast-10 Women’s Field Athlete of the Week

Amber Torrey, Bryant (Jr., Plainfield, NH) - Captured first place in the women's weight throw at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival with a mark of 49 feet, 7.75 inches. Also placed ninth in the shot put at 36-6.25.

Northeast-10 Men’s Field Freshman of the Week

Justin Oliver, UMass Lowell (Fr., Lowell, MA) - Placed third overall in the triple jump with a distance of 42' 8.0'' at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival.

Northeast-10 Women’s Field Freshman of the Week

Jacqui Barrett, UMass Lowell (Fr., Woburn, MA) - Placed fourth overall and tops among Division II and III throwers in the shot put at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Recorded a distance of 42' 1.25''.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Caitlyn Clark, Assumption (Gr., Worcester, MA) - Finished fifth (first among Northeast-10 runners) in the 1,000-meter race (3:08.16) at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival.

Joe Kowalczyk, Assumption (Gr., Wilbraham, MA) - Placed seventh (third among Northeast-10 participants) in the shot put with a throw of 47'00.75" (14.34m) at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival.

Brooke Perron, Assumption (Jr., Hubbardston, MA) - Finished eighth (second among Northeast-10 runners) in the 800-meter race (2:26.52) at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival.

Dan Darcy, Bentley (Fr., Sharon, MA) - Finished seventh in the 800-meters (2:00.31) and eighth in the mile (4:29.33) at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival.

Scott McGrath, Bentley (So., Francestown, NH) - Finished sixth in the 3000-meters at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival, with a time of 9:09.71.

Barbara Powell, Bentley (Fr., Granby, MA) - Finished fifth in the mile (5:20.01) and seventh in the 800-meters (2:26.20) at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Also ran a leg in the 4x400 relay.

Nicole Radzik, Bryant (Jr., Sutton, MA) - Set a school record with a third-place finish in the women's 3,000 meters at Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival, finishing in a time of 10:35.37.

Haley Catarius, UMass Lowell (Fr., Marshfield, MA) - Placed fourth overall and tops among Division II-III athletes in the 500-meters at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Posted a time of 1:19.11.

Rocky LeFort, UMass Lowell (Jr., Nashua, NH) - Placed fourth overall and second among Division II-III throwers in the shot put at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Threw for a distance of 49' 11.0''.

Steve Plouffe, UMass Lowell (Sr., Methuen, MA) - Placed second overall and tops among collegiate runners in the 5,000 meters at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival. Posted a time of 14:58.13.

Torrey Price, Stonehill (So., Sleepy Hollow, NY) - Finished third in the 55- meters at the Northeastern Husky Winter Carnival with a school record time of 6.50 seconds.

Vinnie Williams, Stonehill (Sr., Springfield, MA) - Placed second in the 200-meters at the Northeastern Winter Husky Carnival with a time of 22.67 seconds.
