Northeast-10 Men’s Track Athlete of the Week
Torrey Price, Stonehill (Sr., Sleepy Hollow, N.Y.) - Price won the 100 meter dash (10.99), helped the 4x100 claim that title and was fifth in the 200 meter dash at the second annual Skyhawk Invitational.

Northeast-10 Women’s Track Athlete of the Week
Shannon Gagne, New Haven (So., Meriden, Conn.) - Won the 100-meter dash at the Coast Guard Invitational in a time of 12.20 and was a member of the winning 4x100-meter relay team (49.71).

Northeast-10 Men’s Track Freshman of the Week
Kevin Downing, New Haven (Fr., Meriden, Conn.) - Won the 100-meter dash at the Coast Guard Invitational in a time of 10.63.

Northeast-10 Women’s Track Freshman of the Week
Ayana Myers, New Haven (Fr., Braintree, Mass.) - Collected three first-place finishes at the Coast Guard Invitational. Won the 200-meter dash (27.10), 400-meter dash (1:00.30) and was a member of the winning 4x100-meter relay team (49.71).

Northeast-10 Men’s Field Athlete of the Week
Jeremy Chapline, Saint Rose (Jr., Queensbury, N.Y.) - Swept the throwing events at the Continental Invitational hosted by Hamilton College. Won the hammer throw behind a toss of 40.48-meters and then took the shot put with a distance of 13.20m before capturing the discus with a heave of 36.15m to complete the sweep.

Northeast-10 Women’s Field Athlete of the Week
Yvonne Perkins, Southern Connecticut (Sr., Danbury, Conn.) - Won the shot put with an NCAA provisional qualifying throw of 46 feet, 1.25 inches and finished fourth in the discus and 10th in the hammer throw at the Sam Howell Invitational.

Northeast-10 Men’s Field Freshman of the Week
Dan Kincade, Stonehill (Fr., Brookfield, Conn.) - Claimed the individual title at the Skyhawk Invitational in the javelin with a throw of 169 feet, seven inches.

Northeast-10 Women’s Field Freshman of the Week
Christen Carrier, Stonehill (Fr., Manchester, N.H.) - Earned a second place finish in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:01.19 at the Skyhawk Invitational, making her the first non-Division I finisher in the race.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Maurice Calenda, American International (So., Bloomfield, Conn.) - Placed second in both the long jump and triple jump at the Fitchburg Invitational. In the long jump, leaped a distance of 6.78 meters and had a distance of 13.14 meters in the triple.

Jacqui Barrett, UMass Lowell (Jr., Woburn, Mass.) - Captured the shot put at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational and improved her place on the NCAA Division II list. Threw for a season-best distance of 45' 5.0'' and improved from ninth to sixth among NCAA provisional qualifiers.

Sarah Brassard, UMass Lowell (Sr., Oxford, Mass.) - Placed second in the 3,000 steeplechase and shattered the school record for the second straight week at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational. Ran the course in 11:22.94, eclipsing her marks of 11:34.01 set last week and 11:47.70 set last year.

Prisna Doriscat, UMass Lowell (Jr., Boston, Mass.) - Top Division II-III sprinter in three events at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational. Placed third overall in the 100 meter dash in 12.69 seconds and followed with a fifth-place showing in the 200 meter dash in 26.89 seconds. Also ran a leg on UMass Lowell's 4X100 meter relay team, which placed third in 49.46 seconds.

Andrew Grange, UMass Lowell (Sr., Methuen, Mass.) - Won the 400 meter dash at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational in 48.63 seconds.

Tim Guerin, UMass Lowell (Jr., Auburn, Mass.) - Placed eighth overall and third among Division II-III runners in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational. Provisionally qualified for the NCAA’s with a time of 9:22.59.

Cory Murray, UMass Lowell (So., Methuen, Mass.) - Captured the shot put and provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championship at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational. Threw for a distance of 52' 8.75'', pitting him seventh on the D- II list.

Steve O’Brien, UMass Lowell (Jr., Groton, Mass.) - Captured the 3,000 meters at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational in 9:58.77.

Ashley Smith, UMass Lowell (Fr., Tewksbury, Mass.) - Won the 400 meter dash at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational in 59.68 seconds. Also ran a leg on the 4X400 meter relay team which placed third overall (tops among Division II-III foursomes) in 4:10.90.

Kency Gilet, Pace (Sr., Nanuet, N.Y.) - Finished in 4th place in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 59.82 at the Wagner College Invitational. Also placed 17th in the 800 meter run, posting a time of 2:14.38.

Sarah Rodriguez, Pace (So., Ossining, N.Y.) - Took 5th place in the 5000 meter run with a time of 21:25.42 at the Wagner College Invitational. Also placed 15th in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:52.73.

Sarah Hilton, Saint Rose (Fr., Schenectady, N.Y.) - Had three top-10 performances at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational. Ran the 200m dash in a seventh place time of 28.64 and then crossed the line ninth with a 14.37 clocking in the 100. Wrapped up the day with a seventh place long jump of 4.36.

Ryan Saunders, Saint Rose (Fr., Cambridge, N.Y.) - Finished second in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.32 and took third in the 400m hurdles behind a 57.93 clocking at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational.

Diwani Augustine, Southern Connecticut (Jr., East Hartford, Conn.) - Was a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that won the event with a time of 42.12 at the Sam Howell Invitational. Also added a fourth place finish in the long jump (22 feet, 10.5 inches) and a fifth place showing in the triple jump (45 feet, 4.25 inches).

Selasi Lumax, Southern Connecticut (Fr., Somerset, N.J.) - Placed fourth in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.41 and was the top non-Division I finisher in the event at the Sam Howell Invitational.

Danielle Moore, Southern Connecticut (Sr., Palmdale, Calif.) - Was second in the 200 meters with a time of 57.72 at the Sam Howell Invitational.

Matt Meagher, Stonehill (Sr., Mansfield, Mass.) - Cruised to an individual title in the 10,000 meters at the second annual Skyhawk Invitational with a time of 32:16.77.
