Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Likica Grceva, Bryant (Sr., OH, Natick, Mass.) – In a 3-0 week had 4.20 kills and 3.60 digs per game. Had 16 kills in a win over Southern New Hampshire and added 14 kills and 14 digs in a 3-1 win over Saint Michael's. For the week, had 42 kills in three matches and four service aces.

Northeast-10 Setter of the Week

Tori Piskulick, Bentley (Jr., S, San Diego, Calif.) – Averaged 11.44 assists, 2.89 digs, 1.11 kills, 0.44 aces and 0.44 blocks during a 3-0 week, all against NE-10 competition. Had 33 assists versus UMass-Lowell, 28 at Southern New Hampshire and 42 versus Pace, all in three game matches. Had 11 digs twice, at least three kills in each match, and three aces against Pace.

Northeast-10 Libero of the Week

Cassie Kraft, Bentley (So., L, New Braunfels, Texas) - In a trio of 3-0 conference wins, averaged 4.44 digs. Had 16 versus Pace, 15 against UMass-Lowell and nine in the Southern New Hampshire match.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Molly Cindric, Merrimack (Fr., OH, Westlake Village, Calif.) - Averaged 6.29 kills per game. Hit .554 while getting 21 digs in two victories this past week, 3-1 over American International and 3-0 over Southern Connecticut.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Jess Haller, Assumption (So., OH, Meriden, Conn.) - In a 1-1 week, averaged three kills (27 total), 3.11 digs (28) per game and had six service aces. Recorded 17 kills, 15 digs, and five aces in the win over Franklin Pierce. Had 10 kills and 13 digs in the five-set match at Le Moyne.

Alex Kearney, Bentley (So., OH, La Jolla, Calif.) – Averaged 3.89 kills a game, hit .245 and also averaged 2.78 digs, 0.44 blocks and 0.44 aces in three conference wins. Highs included 13 kills, 12 digs and two blocks versus UMass-Lowell, a .421 hitting percentage, two aces and two blocks against Southern New Hampshire, and 13 kills against Pace.

Julie Geonnotti, Bryant (So., OH, St. Louis Park, Minn.) – In a 3-0 week, averaged 3.50 kills per game and added nine blocks. Posted 20 kills in the win over Southern New Hampshire.

Miranda Kolb, Bryant (Fr., OH, Holt, Mich.) – In a 3-0 week, recorded 21 kills in three matches plus 34 assists and 14 digs. Had nine kills and 18 assists in the win over Saint Michael's, plus three blocks and eight digs. Against Southern New Hampshire, had six kills and 14 assists.

Karissa Hookstadt, Franklin Pierce (Jr., S, Camarillo, Calif. ) - Averaged 11.50 assists per game to go along with 12 digs, nine kills and five blocks in two matches last week. Had 40 assists and six kills against Assumption, then followed up with 52 assists with three kills and three blocks in a win over Pace.

Chelsie Kohout, Franklin Pierce (Fr., L, Harrison Township, Pa.) - Averaged 6.62 digs per game in two matches last week, recording 25 digs or more in both matches. Had 28 digs in the win over Pace.

Kaylin Brainerd, Le Moyne (So., S, Liverpool, N.Y.) - In a 2-0 weekend, dished out 75 assists (9.38 a/game) in wins over Assumption and American International.

Elizabeth Cheek, Le Moyne (So., OH, Huntington Beach, Calif.) - In a 2-0 weekend, tallied 26 kills (3.25 k/game), seven aces and 32 digs in victories over Assumption and American International.

Jillian Hadder, UMass Lowell (Fr., OH , Yucaipa, Calif.) - Registered averages of 4.0 kills, 1.5 digs and 0.8 blocks per game in a 1-2 week. Opened the week with 11 kills, eight digs and three blocks in a 0-3 loss at Bentley. Followed with 22 kills, eight digs and six blocks in a 3-0 win over Southern Connecticut. Capped the week with seven kills, seven digs and a block in a 1-3 loss to Dowling.

Elyse Lorenz, Merrimack (Fr., S, Frankfort, Ill.) - Notched 84 assists (12.0 per game) in two victories this past week. Also had five aces and 17 digs.

Ashley D'Agostini, Pace (Sr., S, San Diego, Calif.) - Averaged 9.45 assists with 104 along with 28 digs and five blocks in a 1-2 week. In a win over C.W. Post, tallied 37 assists, three kills and seven digs. Against Franklin Pierce, posted 35 assists, three kills and 13 digs. Against Bentley, recorded 32 assists, two kills, eight digs and four total blocks.

Danielle Furka, Pace (Jr., OH, Massapequa, N.Y.) - Averaged 2.82 kills and 3.27 digs in a 1-2 week. In a win over C.W. Post, tallied 12 kills and 15 digs. Against Franklin Pierce, posted 11 kills and 11 digs. Against Bentley, recorded eight kills and 10 digs.

Korena Johnson, Pace (Jr., MH, Friendswood, Texas) - Averaged 3.18 kills and 1.91 digs in a 1-2 week. Also totaled seven blocks in three matches. In a win over C.W. Post, tallied 13 kills, six digs and a pair of blocks. Against Franklin Pierce, posted 13 kills, seven digs and two blocks. Against Bentley, recorded nine kills, while adding eight digs and three blocks.

Kelly O’Dea, Saint Anselm (So., S, Andover, Mass.) - In a 1-1 week, recorded 30 assists in the loss to Saint Michael's and 25 assists in the win over Southern New Hampshire.

Katherine Masson, Stonehill (Jr., OH, Acushnet, Mass.) - In the 3-0 loss to Tufts, posted 10 kills and chipped in with three digs and two solo blocks. Then in the win over Saint Michael's, notched 18 kills on .400 hitting and added seven digs and five service aces.


Weekly Notes:

BENTLEY: Senior MB Christina Sadowski (Salem, N.H.) moved into third in Bentley history in both career kills and blocks. She now has 1,148 kills and 445 blocks.

PACE: Ashley D'Agostini became only the three player in Pace history to surpass 2,000 career assists with 35 against Franklin Pierce. D'Agostini currently has 2,064 assists.

SAINT ROSE: Had its 16-match home unbeaten streak snapped on Friday night with a 3-0 loss versus Dowling. The last time the Golden Knights dropped a home match was October 15, 2005 in a 3-0 setback to Bryant.
