Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Kate Lynch, Southern Connecticut (Sr., F, Rumford, R.I.) - Averaged 27 points and 8.5 rebounds over two games last week. Posted 26 points and eight rebounds in the 84-52 win at Le Moyne. Followed that up with nine rebounds and 28 points in the 84-61 victory over Saint Michael's.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Logan Lentz, Southern Connecticut (Fr., G, Chambersburg, Pa.) - Averaged 5.5 points, four assists, 2.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals in a 2-0 week. At Le Moyne, tallied five points, one rebound, two assists and four steals. Against Saint Michael's, notched six points, four rebounds, one steal and six assists.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Alexis Castro, American International (Sr., F, Chula Vista, Calif.) - Averaged 20 points, five rebounds and 2.5 assists in a 1-1 week. Scored 22 points with six rebounds at Bentley and netted 18 points with four rebounds and three assists in a victory at Merrimack.

Kayla Parker, Assumption (So., F, Sanford, Maine) - Averaged 15.5 points, six rebounds, and two blocks in a 2-0 week. Had nine points (5-8 FT), five rebounds, and three steals in a win over Bryant. Scored 22 points (8-15 FG, 3-3 3FG, 3-4 FT), grabbed seven rebounds, and made four blocks in a victory over Bentley.

Bethany Plasski, Assumption (Jr., G, Fall River, Mass.) - Averaged 19 points, two assists, and two steals in a 2-0 week. Scored 24 points (3-6 3FG, 5-6 FT) with two steals and an assist in a win over Bryant. Had 14 points, three assists, and two steals in a victory over Bentley.

Kristy McLean, Bentley (Jr., G, Staten Island, N.Y.) - In a 1-1 week, averaged 15 points, three steals, 2.5 assists and two rebounds while shooting 52 percent from the floor. Hit her first six three-pointers and finished with 20 points (7-9 FG, 6-7 3FG) in a 70-51 win over American International.

Cara Johnson, Bryant (Jr., G, Endicott, N.Y.) - In a 71-37 win over UMass Lowell, scored 16 points and chipped in three rebounds. Had six points and seven boards in a loss at Assumption. Combined for four steals and went 4-for-4 from the line on the week.

Jennifer Leedham, Franklin Pierce (Jr., G, Ellesmere Port, England) - Averaged 11.5 points, five assists, 4.5 rebounds and three steals in a 1-1 week.. Recorded 12 points, four rebounds, five assists and three steals in a win over Pace, then posted 11 points, five boards, five assists and three steals against Stonehill.

Johannah Leedham, Franklin Pierce (So., F, Ellesmere Port, England) - Averaged 20.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, four assists and 2.5 steals per game in a 1-1 week. Recorded a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Pace and added 18 points, nine boards, three assists and three steals against Stonehill.

Justine Lyons, Saint Anselm (Jr., G, Reading, Mass.) - Averaged 15 points, seven rebounds and 2.5 assists in a 2-0 week. In addition, shot 81.8 percent from the field and 80 percent from behind the three-point arc. Began the week with a 10-point, nine-rebound effort in a win over Post before putting up 20 points on 6-for-6 shooting from the field in a win versus Le Moyne.

Rachel Reilly, Saint Anselm (Sr., G, Londonderry, N.H.) - In a 2-0 week, led the team with 17.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, three assists and one steal per game while shooting 52 percent from the field and 50 percent from three-point land. Began the week with a 12-point, six-rebound, four-assist effort in the win over Post and followed that with a 23-point afternoon in a win over Le Moyne.

Michelle Otey, Saint Michael's (So., F, Southborough, Mass.) - Averaged 15 points and seven rebounds in a 1-1 week. In a 58-54 win over Merrimack, scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

Elizabeth Buckley, Saint Rose (So., G, East Lyme, Conn.) - Scored 21 points to go with a pair of assists in a 70-54 setback at Southern New Hampshire. Nailed 4-of-9 shots from beyond the arc.
Michelle Martinik, Southern Connecticut (Sr., G, Masuk, Conn.) - Averaged 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists in a 2-0 week. At Le Moyne, scored 19 points and added six rebounds, six assists and two steals. Against Saint Michael's, scored 19 points again and hauled in 10 rebounds to record a double-double. Also handed out four assists and recorded two steals against the Purple Knights.

Brooke Lefort, Southern New Hampshire (Sr., F, Cumberland, R.I.) - Shot 78.6 percent from the floor and averaged 13 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game in a 2-0 week. Totaled 13 points in victories over Saint Rose and Pace and hit the game-winning basket against the Setters with 14 seconds to play.

Kelsey Simonds, Stonehill (Jr., F, Middleboro, Mass.) - In a 2-0 week, averaged 18.5 points and 9.5 rebounds on 52 percent shooting. In a win over Franklin Pierce, scored 22 points while shooting 7-for-8 to go along with nine rebounds and three blocks. In an 80-74 double-overtime win over UMass-Lowell, had 15 points and 10 rebounds, including two key free throws with 27 seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime. For the week shot 17-for-19 from the charity stripe.

Erika Stupinski, Stonehill (Sr., G, Topsham, Maine) - In a 2-0 week, averaged seven points, nine assists, five steals and 4.5 rebounds. In the win over Franklin Pierce, had 11 assists, eight rebounds and five steals. Then in the win over UMass Lowell, she had 10 points seven assists and five more thefts.
