Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Johannah Leedham, Franklin Pierce (So., F, Ellesmere Port, England) - Averaged 18 points, six rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.5 steals in a 2-0 week. Shot 61.9-percent (13-for-21) from the field and converted 10-of-14 (71.4%) free-throw attempts for the week. Scored 23 points (7-12 FGs, 9-13 FTs) and recorded five rebounds and four steals in the win over Southern New Hampshire. Totaled 13 points (6-9 FGs), seven rebounds, six assists and three steals in just 17 minutes of action in a win at Post.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Kristin Connolly, Pace (Fr., F, Staten Island, N.Y.) - Totaled 15 points and eight rebounds in a win over Saint Anselm. Shot 5-for-12 from the field and connected on three from long range, including two in the game-breaking 15-3 second half run.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Stacy Boisvert, American International (Jr., F, Agawam, Mass.) - Scored 22 points and collected 11 rebounds against Le Moyne.

Erica Kirwan, Bentley (Sr., F, North Kingstown, R.I.) - Scored 13 points, on 6-of-10 shooting, along with seven rebounds and a steal in the 51-45 win over Merrimack.

Kelsey O'Keefe, Bryant (So., F, Warren, Mass.) - Scored 17 points, including going 9-for-10 from the line, in the 59-53 win over Stonehill. Also had six boards and one assist.

Courtney Schermerhorn, Bryant (So., G, Lowell, Mass.) - Scored 14 points in the 59-53 win over Stonehill. Shot 3-of-4 from behind the arc and 5-of-7 from the floor with three rebounds.

Jennifer Leedham, Franklin Pierce (Jr., G, Ellesmere Port, England) - Averaged 16.5 points, three rebounds, 4.5 assists and two steals in a 2-0 week. Shot 68.2-percent (15-for-22) from the field, including 3-of-7 (42.9%) from three-point range, for the week. Led Franklin Pierce past Post with 24 points (11-14 FGs, 2-4 3s), four rebounds, three assists and three steals. Posted nine points and six assists in win at Southern New Hampshire.

Courtney Coryea, Le Moyne (So., F, Mooers Forks, N.Y.) – Had 17 points in an 63-60 overtime victory over American International. Shot 5-of-10 from the field and 7-of-8 from the free throw line. Also added six rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal.

Kara Borelli, Merrimack (Sr., F, Westbook, Maine) - Averaged 12 points and 7.5 rebounds in two games this past week. Recorded a double-double (16 points, 11 rebounds) while making all 11 free throws at Bentley.

Stephanie Klingele, Pace (Sr., G, Staten Island, N.Y.) - Totaled 18 points, while shooting 5-for-12 from the field and a perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line in a win over Saint Anselm. Also chipped in five rebounds, three assists and three steals.

Erin Higgins, Saint Anselm (So., G, Mansfield, Mass.) - Scored 13 points and collected four rebounds in a loss to Pace. Shot 4-for-8 from the field with three three-pointers, two assists and one steal.

Michelle Otey, Saint Michael's (So., F, Southborough, Mass.) - Scored 20 points (9-14 FG) and added nine rebounds in a victory versus Goldey-Beacom. Added two assists, one block and one steal.

Kate Lynch, Southern Connecticut (Sr., F, Rumford, R.I.) - Averaged 21 points, 3.5 rebounds and three steals per game in a 2-0. Scored 19 points and grabbed three rebounds and three steals against Merrimack. Against Clayton State, scored 23 points, snagged four rebounds, dished out three assists and tallied three steals.

Michelle Martinik, Southern Connecticut (Sr., G, Monroe, Conn.) - Averaged 13 points, eight rebounds and 6.5 assists per game in a 2-0 week. Finished one assist shy of a triple-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists and also added two steals against Merrimack. Scored 15 points, grabbed six rebounds, handed out two assists and recorded a steal against Clayton State.

Kaylie Schiavetta, Southern Connecticut (Sr., G, Northport, N.Y.) - Averaged 16.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game in a 2-0 week. Scored 16 points, collected two rebounds, dished out two assists and recorded two steals against Merrimack. Scored 17 points and added five rebounds and handed out three assists against Clayton State.

Stephanie Houghton, Southern New Hampshire (Jr., G, Manchester, N.H.) - Finished with 19 points, seven assists and two steals against Franklin Pierce. Was 7-of-10 from the field and 3-of-4 behind the arc.

Erika Stupinski, Stonehill (Sr., G, Topsham, Maine) - Scored 14 points and handed out four assists in the Skyhawks first loss of the season, a 59-53 setback at Bryant. Connected on four of her eight three-point attempts and added two rebounds and one steal.

Weekly Notes:

BRYANT: Wednesday’s 59-53 win over No. 15 Stonehill was Bryant’s second win over a Top-25 team this season. The Bulldogs also beat then-No. 21 Bentley, 56-55, on Dec. 4.

SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT: Senior Kate Lynch surpassed 1,400 career points with her 23 point effort against Clayton State on Sunday.
