BENTLEY: Wednesday’s four-overtime marathon
with Stonehill marked the longest game in Bentley history. In fact
it was the first time that the Falcons have played more than two
extra sessions. Senior guard Kristy McLean, one of three Bentley
players who were on the court for at least 50 minutes, tied the
NCAA Division II record for minutes in a game, playing all 60.
SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE: Senior Stephanie Houghton
moved into second place on SNHU's career three-point list Thursday
against Franklin Pierce. She now has 133 career three-pointers. The
Penmen victory over UMass Lowell Saturday was the first since the
1994-95 season, a span of 29 games. It also marked the first SNHU
victory at the Costello Athletic Center since the 1989-90
season.
