Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Stacy Boisvert , American International (Sr., F, Agawam, Mass.) - Averaged a double-double with 25 points and 11.5 rebounds per game in a 2-0 week. Shot 52.6 percent (20-38) from the floor and 76.9 percent (10-13) from the free throw line. Scored 27 points with 15 rebounds and two steals in a win at Bentley and netted 23 points with eight boards and four assists in a win over Saint Michael's. Shot 10-of-22 from the floor and made all seven free throw attempts against the Falcons and made 10-of 16-attempts from the floor against the Purple Knights.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Megan Howard, Saint Anselm (Fr., F, St. Paul, Minn.) Averaged a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds per game, while shooting 50 percent from the field this past week. Was also 4-for-5 from the free throw line and had two steals per game. Had a 14-point, 12-rebound showing at Assumption.

Weekly Honor Roll:


Laechia Conley, American International (So., G, Urbandale, Iowa) - Averaged 14 points, five rebounds and 4.5 assists in a 2-0 week. Netted 20 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field to go with six assists, three rebounds and two blocked shots in a win at Bentley and tallied eight points, seven rebounds and three assists in a win over Saint Michael's.

Molly Griffiths, Assumption (So., F, Walpole, Mass.) - In a 2-0 week averaged 14.5 points per game. In a win over Merrimack scored 14 points and had 10 rebounds. In a win over Saint Anselm scored 15 points shooting 50-percent from the floor.

Bethany Plasski, Assumption (Sr., G, Fall River, Mass.) - In a 2-0 week averaged 13.5 points per game. In a win over Merrimack scored 15 points including 7-of-8 from the free throw line. In a win over Saint Anselm scored 12 points.

Jennifer Leedham, Franklin Pierce (Sr., G, Ellesmere Port, England) - Averaged 18 points, 3.5 assists and 2.5 steals in a 1-1 week. Converted 15-of-19 (78.9%) free-throw attempts for the week. Posted 17 points and six assists in win over UMass Lowell. Added 19 points, including the 1,000th of her career, and five steals at No. 8 Stonehill.

Johannah Leedham, Franklin Pierce (Jr., F, Ellesmere Port, England) - Averaged 27.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, five steals, 2.5 assist and 2.5 blocked shots per game in a 1-1 week. Converted 11-of-14 (78.6%) of her free-throw attempts for the week. Posted a season-high 34 points on 11-for-28 shooting from the field and a 9-for-11 night at the free-throw line to go with 12 rebounds, six steals, four assists and three blocked shots in the win over UMass Lowell. Added a team-best 21 points and nine rebounds to go with four steals and two blocks at No. 8 Stonehill.

Courtney Coryea, Le Moyne (Jr., F, Mooers Forks, N.Y.) - Averaged 12.5 points and 12.5 rebounds this past week. Scored 13 points and pulled down seven rebounds in a 65-56 loss to Saint Rose. Registered a career-high 18 rebounds, while scoring 12 points, blocking five shots and dishing out four assists, in a 56-55 loss to New Haven.

Megan Berry, UMass Lowell (Jr., G, Ipswich, Mass.) - Averaged 17.5 points and 4.5 treys per game, shooting .429 from 3-point range, in a 0-2 week. Scored 19 points and five rebounds and made five 3-point goals in an 83-80 loss at Franklin Pierce. Followed with 16 points and four treys in the 68-63 loss at Bloomfield.

Amanda Shannon, Merrimack (Sr., G, North Andover, Mass.) - Averaged 21.7 points, five rebounds and four assists in three games this past week. Tallied 28 points against Bellarmine and was named to the Courtyard by Marriott All-Tournament team for her efforts.

Brittany Huggins, Pace (So., F, Windsor, Conn.) - Scored 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds in a season-opening win over Saint Anselm. Shot 7-for-12 from the field and 3-for-6 from three-point land.

Alexis Keller, Saint Michael's (Jr., G, Harrington Park, N.J.) - In a 1-1 week, averaged 19 points per game, to go along with a 16 point, six assist, and five rebound performance in a win over Southern Connecticut.

Dana Brown, Saint Rose (Sr., G, Elmont, N.Y.) - Averaged 18.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and two assists during a 2-0 week. Shot 41.7 percent (10-for-24) from the floor and was a perfect 16-for-16 from the stripe as well. Finished with 20 points and three boards in a 65-56 triumph at Le Moyne. Tossed in 17 points to go with three assists and two caroms in a 92-73 win versus Southern Connecticut.

Lexi Allen, Southern Connecticut (Sr., G, Southbury, Conn.) - Scored a total of 34 points this past week in two games, including a game-high 26 in the loss to Saint Rose. At Saint Rose, went 10-for-19 from the floor, 6-for-10 from behind the three point line. Also pulled down seven rebounds and had five steals on the week.

Emily Rousseau, Stonehill (So., G, Biddeford, Maine) - Averaged 18.5 points, five rebounds and four assists during a 2-0 week. Had a career-high 23 points on 6-of-11 shooting, four rebounds and four assists in a upset win over No. 4 Franklin Pierce. In a win over New Haven, had 14 points, six rebounds and four assists. Was five-of-six from three-point land and made 10-of-11 free throws in the pair of victories.

Kelsey Simonds, Stonehill (Sr., F, Middleboro, Mass.) - In a 2-0 week, averaged 14 points, 12.5 rebounds and two blocks while shooting 55 percent from the field. Had a 12 points and 10 rebounds in a win over New Haven then registered 16 points and 15 rebounds in the win over No. 4 Franklin Pierce.

Bethany Tighe, Stonehill (Sr., F, North Easton, Mass.) - Had 21 points (8-of-12)and seven rebounds in the win over New Haven then collected a double-double (10 points, 10 rebounds) in the victory over Franklin Pierce. Averaged 15.5 points and 8.5 rebounds on 59 percent shooting during the week.

Weekly Notes:

BENTLEY: The next victory for Bentley’s Barbara Stevens will be her 600th as the Falcons’ head coach. It will also be her 757th overall, tying her for fifth place on the all-time NCAA list.

FRANKLIN PIERCE: Senior guard Jennifer Leedham became the 19th member of Franklin Pierce's women's basketball 1,000-point club at Stonehill on Saturday. Her 19 points put her at 1,008 career points - good for 18th on the Ravens career list. Junior All-American Johannah Leedham became the sixth player in program history to surpass 1,400 career points with her 21 points at Stonehill. She enters Tuesday's game at Bentley just four points shy of surpassing Franklin Pierce Hall of Famer Kari Hunt (1,405pts) for fifth place on the Ravens all-time scoring list. Johannah Leedham notched both her 20th career double-double and 16th career 30-point outing with her 34-point, 12-rebound effort against UMass Lowell on Wednesday.

STONEHILL:
With their win over No. 4 Franklin Pierce, Stonehill extended its homecourt winning streak to 13 games. The Skyhawks have also won 21 straight games in November.
