Northeast-10 Player of the Week

Kelsey Simonds, Stonehill (Jr., F, Middleboro, Mass.) - Recorded her sixth double-double of the season with 20 points and 13 rebounds in a 63-45 win over Southern Connecticut. Shot 9-of-14 from the field and recorded a block shot and a steal.

Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week

Brittany Shields, Pace (Fr., F, Cold Spring, N.Y.) - Posted a pair of double-doubles in a 1-1 week, averaging 15 points and 12 rebounds, while shooting 13-for-23 (56.5%) from the field. In a win over Adelphi, recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Against Dowling, posted a double-double with 18 points (14 in the second half) and 14 rebounds. Shot 9-for-14 in the game and 7-for-8 in the final period.

Weekly Honor Roll:

Stacy Boisvert, American International (Sr., F, Agawam, Mass.) - Averaged 16.5 points and six rebounds per game in a 2-0 week. Scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds in a win over No. 15 Franklin Pierce and netted 13 points with three boards in a win over C.W. Post.

Molly Griffiths , Assumption (So., F, Walpole, Mass.) - In a win over UMass Lowell, scored 13 points, had six rebounds, two blocked shots and a steal.

Bethany Plasski, Assumption (Sr., G, Fall River, Mass.) - In a win over UMass Lowell this past week, scored 21 points on 7-of-9 (77.7%) shooting from the field, and made 6-of-7 free throws. Also collected two rebounds and had one steal.

Kim Brennan, Bentley (So., G, Locust Valley, N.Y.) - Helped Bentley to a 66-58 win at Saint Rose with 21 points, four rebounds, three assists, a steal and a rebound. Was 4-of-11 from the field, and made 11-of-12 free throws.

Lauren Massie, Bentley (Fr., F, Fairfax Station, Va.) - Had eight points, a career-best 11 rebounds and two assists in a 66-58 win at Saint Rose.

Kristy McLean, Bentley (Sr., G, Staten Island, N.Y.) - In a 66-58 win over Saint Rose, provided 16 points (5-11 fg, 5-5 ft), six rebounds, two steals and an assist.

Jennifer Leedham, Franklin Pierce (Sr., G, Ellesmere Port, England) - Led the Ravens with 17 points and three steals in their lone game of the week at American International. Made 7-of-15 shots from the field, including 3-of-7 three-pointers in the contest.

Kathleen Gladstone, Le Moyne (Sr., G, Cleveland, Ohio) - Scored 13 points, grabbed six rebounds and dished out six assists in a 72-69 loss to Saint Michael's. Also added three steals in the defeat.

Revital Carmon, UMass Lowell (Sr., C, Bat-Yam, Israel) - Posted 15 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 7-for-13 from the floor in a 65-54 loss to Assumption.

Lauren Hood, New Haven (Sr., F, Ashland, Mass.) - Scored a team-high 15 points to go along with five rebounds and a steal against Southern New Hampshire. Went 6-for-14 from the field in 21 minutes of action.

Shiesha McCollum, Pace (Gr., C, Newburgh, N.Y.) - Averaged a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds in a 1-1 week. In a win over Adelphi, tallied 11 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks, while shooting 5-for-7 from the field. Against Dowling, recorded a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards along with one block.

Megan Howard, Saint Anselm (Fr., F, Saint Paul, Minn.) – Led the team with a 22-point, 11-rebound double-double in a 75-50 rout of Post University in the team’s only game of the week. Shot 7-of-11 from the field and 8-for-9 at the free throw line.

Alexis Keller, Saint Michael's (Jr., G, Harrington Park, N.J.) - In a 1-0 week, scored 17 points and handed out four assists in a 72-69 win at Le Moyne.

Caitlin Quinn, Saint Michael's (Fr., G, Oakdale, Conn.) - In a 1-0 week, scored 13 points, grabbed four rebounds, and had two assists in a 72-69 win at Le Moyne.

Christine Duffy, Southern New Hampshire (Fr., G, South Boston, Mass.) - Averaged 9.5 points, four assists and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting .538 from the floor (7-13) and 3-of-4 from behind the arc this past week. Shot 6-of-9 from the floor and 2-of-2 from three-point land en route to 14 points in a win over New Haven.

Julia Houghtaling, Southern New Hampshire (Jr., F, Franconia, N.H.) - Shot .632 from the floor (12-19) and averaged 13.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in a 2-0 week. Totaled 15 points and seven rebounds in win over New Haven on 7-11 shooting.
