Northeast-10 Weekly Notes:
STONEHILL: Stonehill has reached double digits in the win column for the second straight season under Head Coach Pam Arpe, as the Skyhawks have posted 10 or more wins in six of the last seven seasons and clinched their 18th consecutive winning campaign in the process. Stonehill is a combined 62-12 in singles and doubles play in seven conference matches to date, including a 37-5 (.881) singles slate? BRYANT: The Bryant women's tennis team stretched its win streak to seven matches with a pair of wins last week. Sacha Solomon (Bourne, MA), Alex Spence (Lynnfield, MA) and Annette Jervasi (Colchester, CT) are all undefeated in conference play at No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 respectively? SAINT MICHAEL'S: With eight losses, Saint Michael's is just one shy of matching the single-season program record of nine losses, set four times (last in 1990). However, with seven victories, the Purple Knights need just three more wins for their seventh 10-win season in program history (and seventh in the last eight seasons). Saint Michael's ends the regular season with three matches against teams below them in the conference standings? AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL: Freshman Sarah Pfefferkorn (Ludlow, MA) has won three of her last four matches at No. 1 singles.
