Northeast-10 Co-Players of the Week
Sacha Solomon, Bryant (Jr., No. 1 single , Bourne, MA) - Went 2-0 last week in leading Bryant to a pair of wins. Defeated Bentley at No. 1 singles 6-0,6-2 and followed with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Southern New Hampshire.
Jennifer Arcabascio, Stonehill (Sr., No. 1 singles/No. 1 doubles, Salem, NH) - Posted a 6-0 combined mark in singles and doubles play in a 3-0 week, including straight set wins at No. 1 singles in triumphs over Saint Anselm, Merrimack and Saint Rose.

Sarah Pfefferkorn, American International (Fr., No. 1 singles/No. 1/2 doubles, Ludlow, MA) - Posted a 2-0 record in singles matches last week to run her win streak to four. Registered wins over Southern New Hampshire and Saint Anselm.
Northeast-10 Weekly Honor Roll:
Shannon Steele, Assumption (Jr., No. 5 singles/No. 3 doubles, Plainville, MA) - Went 2-1 in singles and 2-1 in doubles last week. Scored victories over Pace and Saint Michael's at No. 5 singles and teamed with Katey Hayden at No. 3 doubles.
Alex Spence, Bryant (Sr., No. 2 singles, Lynnfield, MA) - Went 2-0 last week at No. 2 singles in wins over Bentley and Southern New Hampshire. Defeated Bentley 6-2, 6-4 and blanked Southern New Hampshire 6-0, 6-0.
CoCo Minott, Franklin Pierce (So., No. 1 singles/No. 1 doubles, Pennsburg, PA) - Posted a combined 3-1 record over two matches last week. Won both of her matches at No. 1 singles. Was a double-winner for Franklin Pierce against Saint Rose, posting a 6-3, 6-1 victory in singles play after teaming up for an 8-3 decision in doubles. Registered a 6-3, 6-3 triumph at No. 1 singles at Le Moyne.
Chelsea Allan, Saint Anselm (Sr , No. 2 singles, Milford, MA) - Went 2-0 at No. 2 singles, winning 7-6 (8-6), 7-6 (7-3) and then in straight sets, 6-0, 6-2. Also posted an 8-5 doubles victory.
Cailie Burns, Saint Michael's (Jr., No. 2 singles/No. 1 doubles, Chepachet, RI) - Went 2-0 in doubles and 1-1 in singles in a 2-0 week. Earned a straight set No. 3 singles win and an 8-4 victory in No. 2 doubles in the narrow win at Assumption, and added an 8-2 doubles win at Saint Rose.
Juliet Verhofstad, Southern New Hampshire (So., No. 3 singles/No. 2/3 doubles, Plymouth, NH) - Went 1-1 at No. 3 singles and went 2-0 in doubles play during a 1-1 week. Recorded a two points during a win over American International and was part of a win at No. 3 doubles in a loss to Bryant.
Pedro De Paula, Southern New Hampshire (Jr., No. 1 singles/No. 1 doubles, Rolandia, Brazil) - Picked up a point at No. 1 doubles following a win over American International in SNHU's lone match of the week.
Elise Clark, Stonehill (So., No. 3 singles/No. 3 doubles, Spring Lake, NJ) ? Posted a 6-0 combined mark in singles and doubles play in a 3-0 week, including straight set wins at No. 3 singles in triumphs over Saint Anselm, Merrimack and Saint Rose.
Daniella Granato, Stonehill (So., No. 5 singles/No. 1 doubles, Concord, MA) - Posted a 6-0 combined mark in singles and doubles play in a 3-0 week, including straight set wins at No. 5 singles in triumphs over Saint Anselm, Merrimack and Saint Rose.

STONEHILL: Stonehill, 26-4 over the last two seasons combined, is enjoying its longest winning streak in 14 years in claiming 11 straight triumphs dating back to March 8th, the third longest win skein in school history and best since the 1992 squad posted 15 straight victories en route to the league title...Stonehill is a combined 81-9 in individual conference singles and doubles play to date, including a pair of 10-0 singles marks by senior Anna Walsh (Dennis, Mass.) and sophomore Daniella Granato (Concord, Mass.)...The Skyhawks were ranked seventh in last week's ITA Northeast rankings and 10th in the NCAA East Regional poll...Stonehill heads to Smithfield on Tuesday for a clash for first place in the league standings with Bryant, the first meeting between the two teams since last year's Northeast-10 championship match? BRYANT: The Bryant women's tennis team stayed undefeated in conference play this week with a 9-0 win over Bentley and an 8-1 win over Southern New Hampshire Sunday. Sacha Solomon, Alex Spence, Annette Jervasi are all undefeated at 10-0 this year while Lauren Mullen is 7-0 at No. 6 singles. Bryant's match with Stonehill will be made up on Tuesday? SAINT MICHAEL'S: The Purple Knights play their final regular-season contest on Wednesday versus Pace, which marks the final home match for senior captain Heidi Murphy (Norfolk, Mass.). Saint Michael's has won at least nine matches for the eighth straight season (after not doing so at all in the program's first 18 seasons), and needs one more victory for the seventh 10-win season in the last eight years? SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE: The Penmen saw their three-match winning streak halted following a loss to NE-10 co-leader Bryant Sunday. SNHU's six overall wins ties the program-record for most wins in a season set last spring, while the five league wins are the most the Penmen have posted since joining the league in 2000-01? ASSUMPTION: Senior Katey Hayden (no. 3 doubles, Turner Falls, Ma/Turner Falls) had a 2-1 week at no. 3 doubles (teaming with Shannon Steele). Sophomore Kate Mattei (no. 2 singles, Rochdale, MA/Notre Dame Academy) is currently on a three match win streak at no. 2 singles, beating Le Moyne, Pace, and Saint Michael's last week. Freshman Courtney Caron (no. 1 singles, Cohasset, MA/Cohasset) won her first collegiate match last Sunday against Saint Michael's? AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL: Freshman Sarah Pfefferkorn (Ludlow, Mass.) has won four straight singles matches at No. 1 singles and five out of her last six. She has registered a 5-3 record thus far this season.
