Northeast-10 Freshman of the Week
Lana Lamesic, Saint Rose (Fr., Singles, Horgen, Switzerland)- Received a first-round bye and defeated East Stroudsburg’s Shana Morris 6-2, 6-3 in the second-round at the ITA East Regional. Fell 6-3, 6-2 to Bloomsburg’s Erin Murphy in the quarterfinals.

Julia Khomitch, Bentley (So., A singles/B doubles, Newton, MA)- Reached the quarterfinals of the B doubles draw at the ITA East Regional.
Kelly Nugent, Bentley (Jr., B singles/B doubles, Lynnfield, MA)- Reached the Round of 16 in both B doubles and B singles at the ITA East Regional.
Liz Clemente, Saint Michael’s (Sr., No.4 singles/No. 2 doubles, Latham ,NY)- Won both matches in a victory at Saint Anselm. Earned a 6-3, 6-2 singles victory and a n 8-5 doubles win.
Lindsay Horne, Saint Michael’s (Fr., No. 3 singles/No.3 doubles, Scituate, MA)- Won both matches in a victory at Saint Anselm. Earned a 6-3, 6-4 singles victory and an 8-4 doubles win.
Michelle Wood, Saint Michael’s (Jr., No. 5 singles, No. 1 doubles, Chatham, NY)- Won both matches in a victory at Saint Anselm. Recorded a 6-1, 6-0 singles victory and an 8-2 doubles win.
Ashley DuRoss, Saint Rose (Sr., Singles, Sea Isle City, NJ)- Advanced to the quarterfinals in B singles. Defeated Concordia’s Amy Bloyd 8-4 in the opening round then defeated Georgian Court’s Corrine Stinemire 8-4 in the second-round before an 8-5 setback to Quena Borres of Holy Family University.
