In addition to those four schools, American International, Le Moyne, Pace and Southern Connecticut’s women’s programs joined the fray – while the Southern New Hampshire men’s team also earned the academic accolade.

College Team Academic Award recipients are active members of the United Soccer Coaches College Services Program with a composite grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale for all players on their rosters for the 2018-19 academic year.

It is the Stonehill men’s seventh all-time selection, the most of any NE10 men’s honoree this season, and the Saint Rose women’s 18th selection. Four NE10 women’s teams that earned the Team Academic Award this season have won it an impressive 11 times or more in the award’s history. (AIC–12, New Haven–14, Saint Rose-18, SCSU–11).

The NE10 is an association of 14 diverse institutions serving student-athletes across 24 NCAA Division II sports. Together we build brilliant futures by embracing the journey of every student-athlete.

Each year, 4,500 of those student-athletes compete in conference championships in 24 sports, making the NE10 the largest DII conference in the country in terms of sport sponsorship. Leading the way in the classroom, on the field and within the community, the NE10 is proud of its comprehensive program and the experience it provides student-athletes.
